5 Tips to Overcome Procrastination

Tips to Overcome Procrastination
1. Take that FIRST STEP!
2. Stop saying to yourself "I gotta do this", and instead say "I'm doing this NOW!"
3. A job tends to fill the available time. Set a time limit for a task and work within it. Don't take 3 hours to do what you can do in 30 minutes!
4. Got paperwork???? When you pick up paperwork...either FILE IT, ACT ON IT, or TRASH IT. Get it over with and be done...don't set it back on the stack.
5. If you've got an unpleasant task, do it first thing in the morning. The rest of the day will seem easy by comparison, and it won't be weighing on your mind.
